一、售前服务
1、在对客户的实验室功用、要求有初步了解的基础上,委派经过专业培训的实验室家具设计或销售工程师与客户讨论设计方案。
2、考虑客户的不同需求,本着‘人性化'的原则,设计工程师根据场地空间、造型、安全性、便利性等情况,CAD电脑绘图系统出具设计图及家具的详细规格,为客户提供更直观、专业的产品建议和布置方案。
3、与客户确定设计方案后,设计工程师到工地测量核实尺寸以保证图纸的准确无误。
二、售中服务
1.坚持严格遵循客户在产品材料与尺度等工艺技术上的要求进行生产制造。
2.严格依据双方已确定的设计方案进行专业安装,避免不必要的失误,每一项工程均经过周密部署,注重整体安装细节,展现完美的整体工程。
三、售后服务
1、从合同签定之日起五年内,我公司对所有提供的产品提供免修服务。
2、在保修期内,将委派售后服务人员跟踪服务,每半年到一年进行一次寻访,及时了解客户的使用情况及需要。
3、保修期内产品出现的任何质量问题,维修工程师将在接到客户维修通知后的24小时内到现场处理,一周内进行免费维修和更换。
4、对于我公司所售产品,我公司将对其承诺终生维修服务。
